Returns & Exchanges

At Vetrilex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vetrilex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
